Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address and any phone number, company or postal address you give us, along with your message and the items you asked about. We also record the page you started from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. Those last three exist to help us spot automated abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for three years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted.

Cookies

The site sets one session cookie so the form works and your enquiry list survives between pages. Analytics only load if the site owner has configured them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within one month.
